Development Sight is an un-traditional development company. We pride ourselves as tactical principals who create relationships with with the development industry. While we look for land for ourselves, we find deals that other developers want so we like to know the acquisition criteria of our peers.
We believe the best way to help developers buy property is as follows:
1) Know the industry. Ask the hard questions up front so that the client doesn’t need to waste time.
2) Pay attention to other developers specific requirements. When we’re finding deals to buy, we make an effort to keep the other developers we work with top of mind. We’d rather be known for sending good deals than for sending bad ones.
3) Be exacting. We find the deals that meet our criteria, and send you the ones that meet yours.
With these three core principles, we are able to find the deals that work for us and our clients.
Development Sight specializes in exclusive representation of Sellers. We don’t simply list your property and throw it on the Internet. We try to list only the properties we feel strongly we can sell. When we list those properties we try to market them to widest audience we can find. Usually that means accessing networks outside of our own network, but offering to split commissions with other agents (something most of the big firms fail to mention that they don’t do).
Our Marketing Strategy includes:
1) A residual land valuation.
2) Fair and displayed cooperation with all brokers.
3) Mass marketing to our key rolodex of active developers, via calls, emails and text messages.
4) Mass marketing on the Internet, via the various online multiple listing services.
